You ‘try before you buy’

Fractional CMO engagements start with a workshop with two Proxi Associates. You get two experienced heads, a highly valued report and work plan. You then choose whether you go ahead or not. (We also tell you upfront if we don’t think we’re a great fit)

No two are the same

This is not a standardised process. Your business is different – your customers, markets, product, challenges. Once we determine what you need we right-size the engagement to fit your budget, stage of growth and immediate needs.

We don’t count hours

We charge by the half day. Generally 4-5ish hours. It means we are not penny-pinching on hours or wasting time on admin. We also try hard to balance the days you need us more with the times you need us less – so we all win.

How you get started with Proxi...

We start every engagement with an Accelerator or Fast Start workshop to learn as much as we can about your business and where you want to take it.

The workshops are from two to four hours, in-person and/or remote. The workshops are delivered by two Associates – including your Proxi key person.

Workshops are backed by online research. You get a summary of what we’ve learnt, what you need to shift your marketing needle and a delivery plan to support this.

We choose to work together – or not. Either way you get a comprehensive report and deliverable action plan to start your marketing journey.
