Proxi Expands to Full Fractional Go-To-Market Leadership for Kiwi Tech Companies

Proxi, a trusted growth partner to New Zealand's technology sector, today announced the expansion of its service offering to include full Fractional Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success functions.

AUCKLAND, NZ — April 15, 2025

The expansion comes after seven years of successfully supporting over 100 New Zealand tech and SaaS companies with fractional marketing leadership. During this time, Proxi has helped Kiwi tech businesses raise more than $75 million in capital while building sustainable marketing capabilities.

“Since founding Proxi in 2018, we’ve learned that while great marketing is essential to success, it’s not a silver bullet,” said Christelle Blanchet-Aissaoui, CEO of Proxi. “To deliver sustainable growth, tech companies need a truly coordinated, integrated approach to their Go-To-Market strategy and execution. This expanded offering aligns all customer-facing functions behind a proven playbook tailored to each company’s growth stage.”

Proxi’s enhanced offering is specifically designed to support NZ tech companies scaling from $1M to $15M ARR. Working with Proxi’s fractional leaders, these companies can de-risk much of their business plan by embedding experienced operators with a track record of success across the entire GTM stack.

To begin delivering on this expanded vision, Proxi has welcomed two senior leaders to its team:

Phil Rogers brings over 20 years of revenue-focused experience. Based in Christchurch, Phil specializes in building and managing high-performing sales teams, marketing strategy, and execution, with particular expertise in US market entry and expansion.

Russell Harwood joins as a Customer Success expert, with significant experience in retention, onboarding, and account expansion across multiple B2B and B2C tech businesses. Based in Auckland, Russ rounds out the GTM capability that Proxi can now offer.

This is just the beginning. Plans are to expand the fractional leadership team to potentially include other key business functions in the future.

“The issue we see time and again is fantastic business opportunities undermined by lack of Go-To-Market alignment and poor execution,” added Christelle Blanchet-Aissaoui. “For B2B SaaS companies, there’s an established playbook for pretty much every growth stage. By bringing in a team aligned behind the relevant playbook, Kiwi tech companies can maximise their chances of success both locally and globally.”

For investors, directors, and advisors, the integrated GTM approach provides confidence that the right execution team is in place to maximize returns on investment, allowing them to focus on finding and funding great ideas.
